| 1. What makes the VersaTub a safe and secure way to wash and groom pets? The VersaTub's depth contributes to a pet's sense of security. The basin is ample enough to accommodate the largest of breeds yet the shape provides a sense of comfort. The front cross-tie safety chain assures you that the pet is staying put. And the VersaTub cannot tip over - ever! |

| 2. What is the difference between VersaTub Size 1 and Size 2? There is only one measurement difference: the depth of Size 1 is 25" and the depth of Size 2 is 11". All other dimensions are the same. |

| 3. Why would I need the stairs? The stairs are an ideal way to allow pets to easily walk up and into the VersaTub. It is a great way to save you from lifting your pet into the VersaTub. It is especially useful for older, geriatric or arthritic pets. |

| 4. How does the insert work? The insert is so easy to use. Just hold the insert by the two comfortable handles and place it in the VersaTub to convert the 25" depth (Size 1) to approximately 14". The insert is sturdy and durable and can be color-coordinated to the VersaTub. |

| 5. Can I order the insert later if I feel I need one? Yes! Ordering an insert is simply a click or a call away, anytime. Your greatest price savings are by ordering the insert as part of the Pet Washing Station. |

| 6. Why isn't the VersaTub placed up against a wall like a standard home bathtub? The VersaTub is designed for easy accessibility. It would defeat the design of the tub to be placed against the wall "the long way" because that's a waste of space. When it comes to washing dogs, it's far easier to keep the dog stationary and to have the human walk to the other side to thoroughly wash the dog. When the dog is moved around in the tub, they usually think that they're exiting and that can lead to dog wrestling. Of course if this is for home use, to save space, you can put it against a wall. |

| 7. What colors are available and can I always get the same colors if I purchase more later? Standard colors are white and light blue.There are other colors available which can be special ordered for an additional cost. Please note that colors come in batches and when ordered at different times they may not be an exact match, therefore it is better to order the complete Pet Washing Station at the same time to assure consistent color. |

| 8. How is it shipped? Depending on which products are ordered will determine how many boxes are shipped. We ship by ground transportation. Please call if you need your order to arrive within a certain time frame. |

| 9. How many VersaTubs are needed for a dog washing facility? It is recommended you have at least 3-4 VersaTub Pet Washing Stations to open your facility and as you grow you can easily add more. |

| 10. I'm opening a self-serve dog wash. Can't I just use a basic bathtub and save money? A bathtub requires a stand for placement so you'll end up needing a contractor or cabinetmaker. Most likely, they'll want to use wood and, quite simply, wood and water don't last long together. You'll have a lot of maintenance in addition to the contractors labor so you won't save money in either the short or the long run. Depending on your communities' building codes, you may have the additional expense of permits for the tub-stand construction. Once built, they're meant to stay put. One person can usually install the VersaTub in less than one hour. And if necessary, the VersaTub can be uninstalled, intact. The standard bathtub doesn't look very clean and shiny after about 1,000 dogs or so. (We see over 8,000 dogs per year at launder Dog in Sacramento!) They're shallow, slippery and relatively unsafe for older, less stable dogs. The VersaTub suits all size dogs, any weight, and any age! They are non-porous which makes disinfecting a snap! |
